To maximise member participation, we hold our Branch’s Annual General Meeting in both physical and virtual form. The AGM is an important event for the branch and all members are strongly encouraged to attend to find out what the branch has done in the previous year and to vote on motions that will set policy for the forthcoming year.
We run an aggregate AGM which provides two opportunities for members to attend, but for voting purposes please ensure that you only attend ONE of these meetings.

If you plan to attend the physical meeting at 12:30 pm on Tuesday 28 January 2025 then you do not need to register in advance. Please turn up at the venue on the day and your details will be recorded at the registration desk outside the meeting room in the Friends Meeting House.
A free buffet will be available at the physical meeting and attendees at both sessions will automatically be entered into a £100 prize draw.
If you plan to attend the virtual meeting to be held at 5:30 pm on Tuesday 28 January 2025 then you need to register for a ticket via Eventbrite. Our virtual meeting will be held online via Microsoft Teams and to receive a meeting link you must first register your details.
