UNISON and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) are taking our campaign to Parliament on 19 October to lobby MPs. We need all our MPs to know that public sector workers are furious about having to pay for the disastrous mistakes made by wealthy bankers, and we want them to hear the clear message that cutting deep and fast will only wreck public services, increase inequality and harm the UK’s fragile economy.
We need you to get involved, by giving that clear message your MP. If you’re a UNISON Member, the Branch will pay the costs for up to two members to lobby their MP in Westminster. If you can’t spare the time, then please do write to your MP before the 20 October.
