The NJC 2022 Pay Consultation ended on Tuesday 20 September and we are grateful to each and every member who took part in the ballot. We also want to express our gratitude to all the volunteers who helped out with the campaign.
If you delivered leaflets in your local workplace, spent your evenings phone banking members, or simply shared a few of our posts on social media – thank you! Every effort helped and we appreciate you for giving up your time.
Our overall branch results from the consultation are as follows:
- Voted to ACCEPT the pay offer: 38.3%
- Voted to REJECT the pay offer: 61.7%
We will share more information with you when the national results are published and we will also ask for your feedback on the voting experience as this will help us to improve our processes for future consultations.
